There’s a brand new barbecue spot on the town. Chef Jimmy Strine has debuted his tackle Tex-Mex barbecue together with his latest enterprise, Austin Republic. Strine, who has labored at famed Palm Seashore eating places like Café Boulud, Buccan and Grato, has partnered with John Webb to showcase their love for smoked meat. Whereas the restaurant is at the moment an out of doors idea with meals and bar vans, it’ll quickly take over the previous Braille Membership in West Palm Seashore. Look ahead to tender brisket, juicy pork and hearty tacos.
