Palm Seashore Meats Hosts Wagyufest

Wagyu lovers put together yourselves. This weekend Palm Seashore Meats is internet hosting a celebration of all issues wagyu beginning with Friday’s Clandestine Culinary eight-course Japanese wagyu dinner hosted by chef Emerson Frisbie. On Saturday, Takeshi Kamioka of Kaminari Ramen will take over the house with an unique all wagyu menu. It can run from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., and it will likely be on a primary come, first serve foundation so get there early. Ending off the weekend, Jay Rock of Frankenfurters and Renata Ferraro of Flour and Weirdos will take over the kitchen with delectable wagyu smashburgers and wagyu hotdogs from 11 a.m. to 4  p.m. Within the night, chef Frisbie’s weekly Sunday Supper Collection continues with assist from Yakitori Boyz 305 cooks Greg Marsicano and George Dasinger beginning at 5:30pm.
