Palm Seaside Meats Hosts Chef Collaboration Dinner

Two legendary cooks are coming collectively for a memorable dinner. Cooks Jimmy Everett of Driftwood and Jimmy Strine of Austin Republic will prepare dinner up a seven-course feast this Thursday, Oct. 19, at 7 p.m. The menu contains wagyu beef tartare, tonnarelli carbonara, lobster n’ chips, a duo of Berkshire pork and a chocolate tart.
